As representatives (employees and volunteers), we are responsible for the ways in which we work. We have a duty to keep ourselves and others in safe conditions. We achieve this by maintaining privacy, safety, care, and a professional approach to both work and volunteering. We behave in a manner that demonstrates integrity, maturity, and good judgment, while upholding the values of the non-profit organization JEDEN RODIČ.

What we do not do
- We do not make suggestions or provide advice that is inappropriate, harassing, abusive, sexually provocative, degrading, or culturally insensitive.
- We do not engage in any physical contact that is inappropriate or potentially abusive.
- We do not sponsor illegal, dangerous, or disrespectful activities.
