Our main goal is to help and support single parents.

Complex assistance – Our main form of help is our unique Annual assistance program, which provides single parents with professional advisory, food and humanitarian aid during the period of 12 months.
Educational program – All of our registered single parents have unlimited access to specialized online education platform “My life and me”.

Vďaka podpore JEDEN RODIČ, sa mi zlepšil pohľad na život. Koučky mi ukázali viac možností ako riešiť situácie, dostali sme prísun kvalitných potravín z obchodu na kartu a potešili nás aj potraviny, drogéria a veci od organizácie. Dostala som kontakt na dôležitú inštitúciu a možnosť uplatniť sa aj rozšírením vzdelania cez program na UPSVR. Dozvedela som sa, že existuje zamestnanie na polovičný pracovný úväzok mimo brigády. Život sa mení a tak už viem že terajšia situácia je len dočasná. Pracujem na sebe podľa pokynov koučiek. Zmena musí nastať.

„Organizácia JEDEN RODIČ, je prvá, ktorá ma nepotrebuje len do počtu, ale i skutočne pomáha. Pre nepriaznivý zdravotný stav som prišla o prácu i príjem, bola som na križovatke a premýšľal, ktorým smerom ďalej. Reálne mi hrozila strata bývania, mala som dve možnosti, osloviť IKV Žakovce alebo JEDEN RODIČ. Samozrejme , že rodina pomáha tiež, no v odborných veciach mi nemôže pomôcť. A v tom mi veľmi dobre pomohla profesijná koučka, poradila ako správne napísať CV a motivačný list. Životná koučka zas pomohla vyloviť z podvedomia pozitívne stránky.“

Projekt JEDEN RODIČ mi pomohol aj v tom, že môžem s odborníkmi komunikovať online a poradia mi ako vylepšiť svoju životnú situáciu. Vďaka nim som sa dozvedela, že úrady práce ponúkajú kurzy v každej oblasti, aby sa človek mohol posunúť ďalej a dokonca vám to preplatia. Úžasná vec. Aj keď sa zdá niekedy svet ťažký, no keď hľadáte aj ihlu v kope sena, tak mi verte že ju časom nájdete. Ďakujem týmto ľuďom, že takýto krásny projekt mohol vzniknúť a ja som sa vďaka nim mohla posunúť ďalej.
